STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
COURSE ENROLMENT AGREEMENT
- By accepting these terms the customer agrees to pay the Course fees (including GST) for the Course using the payment method selected at checkout.
- The customer accepts that he/she is required to pay the full amount of the Course fees even if he/she does not complete the Course.
- If the customer is under 18, the parent/guardian is responsible for the payment of the Course Fees.
- The duration of the Course is stated in the Ronc Industries Course Description.
- Course commencement is the date upon which payment is received for the purchased course/module.
COURSE ENROLMENT
- Course duration is effective from the date elearning access/access to materials is granted; and
- Course commencement is the date upon which payment is received for the purchased course/module.
COURSE MATERIALS & ACCESS
- Course Materials are supplied in an online environment, unless otherwise stated in the course description, and are available for viewing online and may not be downloaded;
- The content of the online Course Materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of Ronc Industries. You may not reproduce any part of the online Course Materials without the prior written consent of Ronc Industries;
- Course materials and course content are subject to change;
- Course materials are provided online via the ’My Account, Downloads’ section of the Ronc Industries Website and available at all times. The site may occasionally be unavailable during scheduled maintenance.
COURSE WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS
Ronc Industries does not provide refunds if you change your mind or choose the wrong service/product.
Should Ronc Industries remove a course for any reason, Customers whom have purchased but not viewed content at the time Ronc Industries announces the cancellation will be entitled to a full refund for unused content, and this will incur no administrative charges or penalties.
RONC INDUSTRIES VOUCHER / COUPON CODE POLICY
All Credit vouchers/discount coupons have the following conditions of use:
- Not redeemable for cash;
- Valid for one (1) use only;
- Coupon codes cannot be added retroactively; coupon codes must be used at the checkout.
- Coupons/vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons/credit vouchers
COURSE PRICING
Ronc Industries reserves the right to alter course/module pricing for the purposes of promotion or adjustment at its sole discretion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ronc Industries shall not be liable for any content that has been designed, developed or implemented by any customer to any 3rd party.

CUSTOMER / TRAINEE OBLIGATIONS
Ronc Industries customers have the following obligations;
- Ensure that all the information provided to Ronc Industries is accurate;
- Advise Ronc Industries of any difficulties or problems they may experience with Ronc Industries training material;
- Only develop lawful training material for 3rd parties.
- If required to have interaction with Ronc Industries staff your interaction with any staff for any support (including, but not limited to telephone calls, emails, instant chats or other media) you agree to conduct yourself civilly and respectfully at all times. As a customer or student of Ronc Industries, you agree that you shall not, under any circumstances, use abusive language or harass staff. Ronc Industries reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes abusive language and harassment, and where that has occurred; and may, partially or completely, deny service to any infringing party.
By selecting a course or module product and completing the purchase, the customer agrees to the above Terms and Conditions.
